Your support helps us to tell the story

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Your support makes all the difference.

Mighty Boosh fans are getting increasingly excited over the prospect of a fourth season, especially now Noel and Julian are writing material with each other once more.

To celebrate the possible return the beloved BBC show, we’ve done some reminiscing and brought together twelve of the best Mighty Boosh characters to feature on the show.

From Old Gregg to The Hitcher, all the classics are here. Flick through the gallery below.

Of course, we’ve left out a couple of classics like Naan Bread, Dixon Bainbridge, Rudi van DiSarzio, Leroy and Kirk, so you can go explore the world of the Boosh once more.

In a recent interview Noel Fielding said that he and Julian Barratt were once again thinking of working together again: “Me and Julian have just started – we sort of had a big break - we never weren’t friends, we carried on being friends because we live in the same street.”

“So we see each other all the time, and we’ve just recently started thinking we should write something again.” Read the full report here.
