Some Good News with John Krasinski

Brad Pitt made a guest appearance as a weatherman on John Krasinski’s YouTube series Some Good News.

The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star gave a deliberately bland performance, peering out on to his balcony and commenting: “Looks, uh… pretty good. Yeah.”

He then went back inside the house.

The fourth episode of Krasinski’s series, in which he shares light-hearted, heartwarming stories to provide some relief from the gloom of coronavirus news, was shared over the weekend.

To date, the channel has almost two million subscribers.

Other guests on the latest episode included Billie Eilish and her brother, Finneas O’Connell, Chance the Rapper, and the Jonas Brothers.

He also celebrated a number of good deeds by the general public, from grocery store employees to sanitation workers.

“There is a network of people who are not only keeping their companies afloat, they’re keeping this country alive,” Krasinski said.

Previous episodes have included skits such as a reunion of The Office castmembers, after Krasinski hosted a Zoom chat with his former co-star, Steve Carrell.
