For the rest of you, allow us to pique your memory: Pickering is the man who was filmed giving a foul-mouthed rant to a passing moped driver who then uploaded the video onto YouTube; viral fame followed thanks to his inadvertent catchphrase, "Do you know who I am? I'm Ronnie Pickering!"
Reports say that Channel 5 bosses are now lining the 54-year-old up to appear on their summer series with a source telling the Daily Mirror "[they] think sparks would fly if Ronnie enters the house.”
if you're questioning Pickering's 'celebrity' status, don't worry - the man himself also seems unsure.
"W.T.F. I don’t know about going on there," he told the Daily Mirror. "Would have to think about that one."
Pickering previously told the Daily Mail shortly after becoming a viral sensation back in September 2015: "I can see the funny side of it, but I have always just kept myself to myself and I would like to go back to that now."
He went on to sell the red Citreon he's seen driving in the video on eBay, giving all the proceeds to the L6ve Life Foundation which was set up by motor neurone disease sufferer Lee Newton.
