Last week photographs appearing to show Mr Saatchi grabbing the television chef around the neck were published by a Sunday newspaper.
Removal men this morning loaded cardboard boxes of clothes, cookery utensils and recipe books into a large lorry, which was packed full.
Ms Lawson is known to have moved out of the family home, although it is unknown if her departure is permanent.
The couple were photographed outside a fashionable London restaurant ten days ago. Millionaire art collector Mr Saatchi, 70, appeared to have his hands around his wife’s throat and Ms Lawson later appeared visibly upset.
Mr Saatchi dismissed the incident as “a playful tiff” last week but later accepted a police caution for assault saying he wanted to prevent the altercation from “hanging over” the couple and their children.
The art collector said there had been “no grip” as he held Ms Lawson around the throat and insisted he had been trying to “emphasise [his] point” during an argument about their children.
Ms Lawson, 53, shared the family home with her two children from her previous marriage- Cosima, 19 and Bruno, 17- along with Mr Saatchi and his daughter from another relationship.
The TV chef has not spoken publicly about the incident and her representative did not wish to comment about the items being removed from her house.
