The actress, who is due to marry Prince Harry on 19 May, made her final appearance as attorney Rachel Zane on Wednesday 25 April.
When the couple's engagement was announced, the 36-year-old revealed she was preparing to give up her acting career for "a new chapter" in her life.
Suits has already been confirmed for an eighth season, with creator Aaron Korsh revealing it would have "everything from shifting alliances and internal power plays, to secrets, betrayals and fiery relationships."

In the final episode of season seven, which is titled "Good-Bye", Rachel marries her longtime boyfriend Mike Ross, played by Patrick J Adams.
Fans noted the wedding scene was far less glamorous as the one expected for her ceremony with Prince Harry.
The TV wedding was organised quickly so the on-screen pair could move to Seattle to embark on a new career: running a firm which takes class action cases against Fortune 500 companies.
The finale was also Adams' final episode. On Twitter he wrote: "Tonight my last episode of Suits ever is airing. Weird. Hope it doesn't disappoint. Thank you to everyone who turned an audition into 7 surreal years of my life. Hope you enjoy it. I know I have. Peace."
Korsh said he believes the wedding scene was not the last Markle and Adams filmed together, but it was still an emotional moment for the cast and crew.
He told industry website Deadline: "I would say it was emotional. I remember having a really fun talk with Meghan as we were setting up to shoot the wedding and we were just wrapping up our time together."

The wedding shows Rachel walking down the aisle as John Legend's song "All of You" plays.
"From the second I met you, I knew I wanted to be here with you some day - walking down the aisle arm in arm," Mike tells her.
Rachel tells him: "You're the husband I've always wanted and I can't wait to begin our adventure together."
