Loki TV show: Tom Hiddleston to star in Marvel spin-off for new Disney+ streaming site
The new series following Thor’s younger brother will premiere in 2021

Tom Hiddleston’s Avengers character Loki is getting his very own TV spin-off series, Marvel has announced.
The show will premiere on forthcoming streaming service Disney+ and will revolve around the brother of Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, who was last seen in Avengers: Endgame.
“It is one of the most exciting creative opportunities I think I’ve ever come across,” said Hiddleston at San Diego Comic-Con.
“This is new territory, a new world, new challenges and I cannot wait to get started.”
Hiddleston took on the role of Loki in 2011’s Thor and has starred in the subsequent sequels as well as the Avengers movies.
Disney+ is set to launch on 12 November in the US, with two other Marvel series coming to the streaming service: The Falcon and Winter Soldier and WandaVision.
Loki will premiere on Disney+ on 7 May 2021.
