Ten years after The Inbetweeners first debuted on TV screens, the cast reunited for a celebratory meal.
Cast members James Buckley, Simon Bird, Blake Harrison and Joe Thomas, along with the show’s creators, were all in attendance, Buckley – who played Jay – posting a photo of their meeting onto Twitter, .
While a seemingly nice photo that was not particularly newsworthy, the picture has caused a storm online thanks to the caption: “Inbetweeners series 4 pre production meal”.
Ever since, fans of the show have been excitedly Tweeting the cast members, praying that a fourth season may actually happen.
Unfortunately, the cast have previously spoken about not wanting to bring the show back, Buckley once saying: “It’s just like physically impossible. Because we’re old! I can’t believe that’s even still a discussion. Because people go, ‘You could do some more, can’t you?’ No, we can’t. Because – well, look at us. We can’t play teenagers!”
