Football manager Harry Redknapp, Torchwood star John Barrowman and X Factor favourite Fleur East lead this year’s contestants, with Noel Edmonds joining the intrepid adventurers (for a reported £500,000 payday) as the series' final contestant.
James McVey, who found fame as part of boy band The Vamps, also appears on the show, alongside soap stars Sair Khan (Coronation Street), Rita Simons (EastEnders) and Malique Thompson-Dwyer (Hollyoaks).

Speaking about his decision to sign up to the long-running reality series, former Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham manager Redknapp, 71, said: “My wife thinks I am mad. She has seen the show and she has told me I should watch it before I do it.”
Declan Donnelly is returning to host the 18th series alongside Holly Willoughby. She replaces Ant McPartlin who has taken a hiatus from presenting to battle a number of personal problems. Previous winners include Christopher Biggins, Westlife singer Kian Egan and Made In Chelsea’s Georgia “Toff” Toffolo.
