Glee star Cory Monteith has been admitted to rehab for 'substance addiction'.
Monteith's representative told People magazine that the actor had "voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility or substance addiction". People reported the news on its website.
This is not the first time in rehab for the 30-year-old actor, who plays Finn Hudson in the Fox TV series.
He had treatment when he was 19 and has spoken about his addiction struggles, saying he had a serious problem and took just "anything and everything".
In 2011 he told Parade he was "lucky to be alive".
Monteith is dating Glee co-star, Lea Michele, who told People that she loved and supported him and was proud he was going to rehab.
