Nine contenders will perform but here are the top five we reckon have the best chance:
Calum Scott
Calum had an emotional first audition after he followed his sister onto the BGT stage. Jade had been left disappointed with four 'No's from the judges but Calum won a standing ovation and Simon's Golden Buzzer with his heart-wrenching rendition of Robyn's "Dancing On My Own". You're going to be seeing a lot more of this one and a final spot seems all but guaranteed.
Beat Brothers
Judge Alesha Dixon called them "fresh" and she wasn't wrong - this five-piece tap-dancing gang aged between 19 and 23 will leave you feeling out of breath on the sofa. Their first performance saw them dressed in dapper suits and jumping between glittering silver podiums as if their young lives depended on it. One of them's a topless model too.
Emma Jones
This 23-year-old from Cumbria had the BGT audience enthralled with her stunning take on "Ave Maria" despite looking terrified when she walked on stage. If she can overcome her inevitable semi-final nerves tonight then watch this space.
Jonathan Lutwyche
The medium of interpretative dance is a great one, as proved by Gibraltar student Jonathan here. His daring contemporary routine scored four sets of thumbs up from the judges and stands out from other hip hop-leaning dance groups.
Danny Posthill
Impressionist Danny eeked out grins from the judges by impersonating the likes of David Beckham, Gary Barlow and Michael McIntyre. He's good at what he does and has been playing the club circuit for years, but will he go the distance in the semi-final and bring something new to his act?
Other acts competing tonight include Vegas magician Chloe Crawford who hopes her baffling disappearing tricks will score her a place in the final (remember that insane motorcycle audition?!); nine-year-old karate kid Jesse Jane McParland; Disney-loving quartet Misstasia and absolutely bonkers entertainer Peter Lambert.
Welsh choir Cor Glanaethwy, magician Jamie Raven and light dance group UDI are among the confirmed finalists so far.
