Your support makes all the difference.Ryan Murphy’s TV projects are growing increasingly secretive: first, it was revealed that the theme of season six of American Horror Story will not be revealed before the premiere.
Now, the writer is refusing to acknowledge many details about the upcoming American Crime Story series based on the events surrounding hurricane Katrina.
"There's a writers' room right now, working on Katrina," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "We're just starting to get the episodes in. I'm sadly not going to make any big news, but you will have the famous people. You will also have the people who weren't famous.
“It's going to be about the intensity of what it was like to be there on the ground — and also the bigger crime, that Katrina was something that was predictable.”
Murphy also said "tonally and thematically incredibly different" to the first season of American Crime Story, The People v OJ Simpson, adding: “Like O.J., it turns the lens on America.”
The report also details how some of the actors from OJ may return, but failed to mention any names.
The People v OJ Simpson has been nominated for numerous Emmys, including a Best Actor nod for former Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr, who played the titular American football star accused of double murder.
