Love Island fans have reacted in shock after a dramatic conclusion to this season’s Casa Amor drama.

While several contestants, including Kaz, Faye and Tyler, opted to recouple after meeting the show’s new additions, both Millie and Liam independently decided to stay together.

However, after Liam had returned to the Villa, opting to remain in a couple with Millie, their reunion was soured by a revelation from Casa Amor contestant Lillie.

Telling the group that she was “shocked” to not have been included in a re-coupling, Lillie informed Millie of Liam’s romantic overtures in Casa Amor.

Millie was visibly devastated by the betrayal, and fans shared their outrage and sympathy at the moment on social media.

“Oh Millie moo you are worth soooo much more,” wrote one viewer.

“Love you Millie man my heart breaks for you,” wrote another.

“Millie has nothing to be embarrassed about and she’s actually handled this incredibly,” wrote a different Twitter user.

You can find a list of all the couples after the recent re-couplings here.

Love Island airs at 9.00pm on ITV2 every day other than Saturdays.

Episodes are available to watch the following morning on ITV Hub and BritBox.
