THE DUTCH painter Anthony van Dyck is best known for his portraits of Charles I (right), though in Holland he is equally lauded for his religious and mythological pantings. In Nightwaves (11pm R3), Paul Allen visits Antwerp's Koninkliijk Museum to see an exhibition of his work.
