Live, the Chemical Brothers' duo can win over any crowd they come up against. While recent singles have seen vocals provided by big names in the indie rock world, the Brothers' stage show template never veers much from the pair standing behind a bank of keyboards, samplers and other boxes of tricks. Add superb visuals, a stunning light show and a massive PA rig, and all is set for a party, with an inventive range of beats to pound your ears and move your feet. The pair have also confirmed a third show at Brixton Academy on 4 December, an all-nighter featuring a list of guest DJs - at the top of which is Richie Hawtin. Aston Villa LC, Birmingham (0121-328 5377) Tue; Brixton Academy, London SW9 (0171-771 2000) Thur and Fri
