The 1980s are back on April 6 with several solo releases including Guns N' Roses' Slash, Talking Heads' David Byrne, J. Geils Band' Peter Wolf, and The Wallflowers' Jakob Dylan. Byrne's project is a conceptual album in collaboration with producer Fatboy Slim.

This 2-disc set features guest vocalists Tori Amos, Cyndi Lauper, B-52s' Kate Pierson, Natalie Merchant, Steve Earle, Santigold, and Sharon Jones. The 22 songs cover genres from pop to soul to country with a dance club beat. Byrne's surreal concept created with British DJ/artist Fatboy Slim, chronicles the rise and fall of The Philippines' Imelda Marcos, addressing what drives a powerful person to excess.
