The 23-year-old Dagenham grime star James Devlin spends most of his second album asserting himself as "the best MC in the whole UK scene".
His breathless, this-really-matters delivery is ill-served by lines such as "Ain't a fan of vegetables/ It ain't about the peas". When he looks beyond his own navel he's better. But the wretched, Hendrix-mutilating "Watchtower", featuring Ed Sheeran, is already a contender for Worst Track of the Decade.
