Accomplished Montreal folk singer-songwriter and sometime Wailin' Jenny, Chvostek is blessed not only with a lovely voice (at the bottom end, anyway) but also a keen sense of purpose.

Previous albums have journeyed inwards; this one is an outfacing political barrage, invoking her European roots and standing on a variety of high anti-capitalist principles. What will get you, though, is the energy of the ensemble and the twists in her tunes. Enjoyable.
