Zayn dropped a preview of his forthcoming second album with the track "Let Me" alongside a music video.

"Let Me" is a sweet, romantic track that shows off Zayn's falsetto as he sings "Let me be your man/ Then I'll take care of you for the rest of my life, for the rest of yours."

The companion video for the track has the former One Direction star playing a James Bond-like figure.

The crooner searches for more than just a one night stand as he saunters throughout night clubs and ocean view hotel rooms.

Scenes of Zayn's romantic romp with a mystery girl is interspersed with his involvement in a heist alongside Scarface and Breaking Bad star Steven Bauer.

During the video's climax, Zayn gets into a fight with the gangsters he's involved with and his love interest is held at gunpoint.

In a surprise twist, his lover helps him battle the gangsters and they escape together on a boat.

"Let Me" will be on Zayn's forthcoming sophomore LP - a follow-up to his debut album Mind of Mine was released in 2016.

Since its release, Zayn has dropped singles "Still Got Time" with PARTYNEXTDOOR, "Dusk Till Dawn" with Sia and appeared on M.I.A.'s "Freedun" and Taylor Swift's "I Don't Want to Live Forever."

There is no release date set for Zayn's forthcoming record.
