The star-studded 2018 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) are officially over and all of the Moonman trophies have been given out.
With a myriad of presenters throughout the evening, the ceremony didn't pass without some unexpected moments.
Cardi B opened the official show by appearing to breastfeed a baby, only to unfurl the towel and reveal a Moonman trophy.
Logic and Ryan Tedder gave a powerful candlelit performance in protest of the US border crisis , with a stage full of people symbolising immigrants wearing "We Are All Human" t-shirts.
Other celebrities took to the stage including Anna Kendrick , Blake Lively , Jimmy Kimmel and Madonna - whose tribute to Aretha Franklin raised a lot of eyebrows . She went on to present Camila Cabello with the Video of the Year award.
