Stevie Nicks has shared her reaction to the viral TikTok video which prompted a chart resurgence of her 1977 Fleetwood Mac hit “Dreams”.

The video, shared on the social media site by user Nathan Apodaca (aka 420doggface208), sees him film himself skateboarding along to the track while swigging cranberry juice from a bottle.

In an interview with CBS This Morning, Nicks, who joined Fleetwood Mac in 1975 as the lead singer, shared her surprise at the song’s renewed popularity.

“This TikTok thing has, kind of, blown my mind,” she said. “I’m happy about it because it seems to have made so many people happy.”

The original video currently has over 65 million “likes” on TikTok, and has made its star into something of an internet sensation.

In the wake of the video’s success, Apodaca was given a truck filled with cranberry juice by Ocean Spray, the brand whose juice can be seen prominently in the video.

Celebrities and fans have also posted their own version of Apodaca’s video, including core Fleetwood Mac member Mick Fleetwood

Nicks also recently posted her own video which alluded to the viral hit.

In the clip, she can be seen singing “Dreams” while lacing up roller skates. In the background, you can see a bottle of cranberry juice.
