The annual Reading and Leeds festivals get underway on Friday, so here’s all the crucial details. Sharing the same bill this bank holiday weekend, Reading and Leeds complete the festival scene for many music fans this summer. Taking place simultaneously, both festivals promise a fun and hopefully storm-free weekend boasting the same headliners. These include Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foals, Disclosure, Biffy Clyro and Fall Out Boy.
But it's not all about the music at Richfield Avenue. With three silent tents dotted around, a disco pumps away each night after 10pm. And if that's not enough, you can continue the party at an after midnight cinema, JagerHaus or fun fair.
