Announcement of a new Radiohead album seems to be imminent following the discovery they have set up a cryptic new company.

The Thom Yorke-fronted band have created Dawn Chorus LLP which fans believe to be a holding company devised to promote a forthcoming release.

The expectation is that an album announcement is on its way, especially considering they set up similar companies (Xurbia Xendless Ltd and Ticker Tape Ltd) ahead of previous two records, In Rainbows (2007) and The King of Limbs (2011).

Guitarist Jonny Greenwood previously revealed via Twitter that the band are hoping to release and tour a new album in 2016.

On Christmas Day 2015, Radiohead released a disused theme track that they were asked to write for last year's James Bond film, Spectre.

Sam Smith's "Writing's On The Wall" ultimately served as the film's lead song and became the first ever Bond theme to hit number one in the UK singles charts.

Despite the heavy speculation, both a new Radiohead album and tour remain unconfirmed.
