Oh baby! Justin Bieber hits pedestrian with his white Ferrari in Hollywood, Los Angeles police confirm

Justin Bieber struck a pedestrian with his car in Hollywood late last night, according to Los Angeles police.
However, the injuries sustained by the pedestrian, believed to be a photographer, aren't life-threatening and police are not pursuing a case against the 19-year-old Canadian singer.
Police spokesperson Lieutenant Craig Valenzuela said Bieber's car, a white Ferrari, collided with someone just before midnight local time on Monday in the 8800 block of Sunset Boulevard.
Valenzuela said nobody was arrested and officers later determined that no crime had been committed. He said investigators are trying to determine if the pedestrian was in the road.
A video posted by TMZ.com shows Bieber getting into a white Ferrari. He is surrounded by paparazzi and as the car drives off, one falls to the ground and grips his knee.
A request for comment from Bieber's publicist, Melissa Victor, wasn't immediately returned.
It is not the first time Bieber and his Ferrari have got into trouble.
In May he was investigated by police for reckless driving after he was alleged by neighbours in the gated Hollywood where he lives to have been driving at motorway speeds in a 25mph zone.
In January a 29-year-old paparazzo was killed by a passing car just after snapping photographs of Bieber’s white Ferrari in Los Angeles, prompting the singer to call for more stringent laws to control paparazzi.
