From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. Thought to be called ‘Fade’, the song may well feature on his new album SWISH, though it’s more of an atmospheric, house-inspired track with no real verses, so perhaps it’s not yet finished and will form the basis for a new jam.
'Fade' features Ty Dolla $ign and Post Malone and samples a Harddrive house anthem called ‘Deep Inside’.
(Mirror in case it goes down)
Kanye used the track at the climax of his Yeezy Season 2 show, walking out to it and bowing to the audience.
His next album, previously called So Help Me God and, going on his most recent tweet update, now called SWISH, has been a long time coming.
It’s one of the most-anticipated releases in hip-hop for the second half of 2015, along with a long-gestating new album from Frank Ocean and a confirmed mixtape by Drake and Future.
