This election is still a dead heat, according to most polls. In a fight with such wafer-thin margins, we need reporters on the ground talking to the people Trump and Harris are courting. Your support allows us to keep sending journalists to the story.

Back on Valentine’s Day, Kanye West promised: “Ima fix wolves”.

While it wouldn’t have been that surprising if he’d decided that the subspecies of canid needed an aesthetic overhaul, he was of course talking about the 13th track on his new album The Life of Pablo.

Today, ‘Wolves’ gets its edit, reinstating Sia and Vic Mensa’s parts and adding a few production embellishments.

Frank Ocean’s stunning contribution to the song is ejected, though now appears as track 14, entitled ‘Frank’s Track’.

I’m guessing you don’t have Tidal so find a mirror below, though this is likely to get pulled:

Given the overbearing drums early on in the song and the awkward transitions between sections, the general consensus seems to be however that ‘Wolves’ was fine just as it was.

“The worst part is the transition to Sia is atrocious,” one fan said on Reddit. “It's such a lazy splice, and even though I didn't like the OG Wolves transition, even the complete fade away is better than the 1-second overlap of Vic and Sia.”

Also, there sadly isn't any sign of Bjork or Drake as was hoped.
