Ed Sheeran has set a new Spotify streaming record, racking up more than 69 million monthly listeners.
The new record coincides with the release of the singer-songwriter’s hotly anticipated album No.6 Collaborations Project, which features Justin Bieber, Stormzy, Eminem, 50 Cent and Cardi B, to name a few.
Sheeran has broken streaming records before, with his ÷ album setting a new high for first-day streams for an album, with over 56 million, and his song “Shape of You” setting the record for best one day streams for a track at the time of release, topping 10 million streams.
