Now a threesome, the group will make their sixth live appearance at the awards since 1994.
Take That will join already confirmed acts Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Taylor Swift, Paloma Faith, George Ezra and Royal Blood at the ceremony next month.
Sam Smith leads the Brit Award nominations with five nods. The soulful singer will go head to head with Ed Sheeran, who received four nominations last week including Best Album and Best Solo Artist.
George Ezra has also earned four nominations after his debut album Wanted on Voyage topped the charts and sold more than 800,000 copies.
Brighton rockers Royal Blood follow with three nods including Best British Album after securing a chart-topping debut with their self-titled album.
Ant and Dec will take over from James Corden to host the ceremony at London’s O2 Arena on 25 February.
