With Bon Iver releasing their new album 22, A Million, imminently (30 September), numerous tracks have already been released to the public.
First, the band unveiled the oddly titled “22 (OVER S∞∞N)” and “10 d E A T h b R E a s T ⊠ ⊠,” soon followed by the equally weird “33 ‘GOD’.”
Thanks to Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, we now have the studio version of “8 (circle),” previously debuted on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Listen to the track below - which is coincidently the longest song on the album - via iPlayer below, the track starting around the 2:15 mark.
Later this year, the band head out on a world tour, culminating in UK dates around the country, including London’s Roundhouse. Details of the tour can be found here.
22, A Million is widely expected to be Bon Iver’s final album and has been described as "part love letter, part resting place of two decades of searching for self-understanding."
