The Britpop icons will perform at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) in Kilmainham, Dublin, on Thursday 1 August.
The award winning act has scooped several accolades over the last 20 years, including at the Grammys, Brits, Ivor Novellos and NME Awards.
Their creative live career has also spanned clubs, parks, dog-tracks, theatres, museums and arenas, as well as headlining festivals worldwide.
Tickets, priced at 62.50 euro, go on sale on Thursday through Ticketmaster.
Blur were last year honoured at the Brits for their outstanding contribution to music and debuted two new songs at their critically acclaimed show at Hyde Park, which celebrated the closing of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The re-formed band also took home the Q Award for Best Live Act in 2012.
