BET Awards 2020: When is the ceremony taking place, who is performing, and how can I watch?
Awards show is going virtual this year
The 2020 BET Awards are almost upon us.
This year, the ceremony – which marks the awards show’s 20th anniversary – will be held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The show will rely on “an array of innovative techniques and artist-generated content”, “allowing the audience to join in a celebration of black love, joy, pride, and power with an all-star lineup taking to TV’s biggest stage,” a release said.
