Your support helps us to tell the story

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Your support makes all the difference.

Rihanna, Beyonce; there's only a few select places Drake's string of collaborations could go next. Most tantalising has got to be the prospect of teaming up with the chart-topping queen, and vocal powerhouse, Adele - and with the singer's hotly-anticipated album 25 having only recently dropped, it looks like the dream collaboration may actually come into existence.

Be warned, nothing's been confirmed so far. Yet rumours have started to run rampant after Adele expressed her own desire to collaborate with Drake in an interview with e-talk: “I really want us to do an official remix. I love Drake. I love Drake so much. I even got the coat that’s in the video, I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one.”

That was followed up, only a day ago, by Drake's own Instagram post; captioning artist Dave Valeza's image of the two hanging out, Adele in her 'Hello' video faux fur coat and Drake rocking his 'Hotline Bling' look, with: "Me and my main ting just coolin."

Will this amount to what would surely be a contender for 2015's hottest remix? Fingers crossed, yes.
