Your support makes all the difference.US pop artist Katy Perry dominates the singles chart at Last.fm for the seventh consecutive week with her hit "Teenage Dream." Lady Gaga's "Alejandro" and "Bad Romance" hold the second and third spots, while Kings of Leon gains strides with three tracks in the top ten.
Two songs from Kings of Leon's multi-Grammy-winning album Only by the Night are in the top ten: "Sex on Fire," jumping three slots to sixth position, and "Use Somebody," advancing five slots to eighth. The band released it fifth studio album, Come Around Sundown, on October 18 in the UK and on October 19 in North America. The single "Radioactive" from the new album moved up three places into ninth with 21,546 listeners.
British band Florence and the Machine continues to hold top rankings with the re-released single "Dog Days Are Over," with 22,312 listeners and in seventh place. The single, part of the band's 2009 album Lungs, recently peaked at number 21 on the US Billboard Hot 100 after the group performed it at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
