Sir: At five to one on Sunday I received a telesales call about home improvements. We are resigned to getting sales calls about double glazing on weekday evenings; now even Sunday lunchtime is interrupted. This annoyance has gone too far. It's time the telesales industry set up a code of practice and put its house in order. Junk mailers have fixed their malpractice: junk callers can do likewise.
