Letter: Pinochet ruling
Sir: It would appear that English law is deficient when attempts are made to deal with torturers who have been heads of state. Surely the answer in the case of Pinochet must be to hand him over to the custody of a more humane and decent part of the UK with a different legal jurisdiction - Scotland?
