Sir: Yasmin Alibhai-Brown writes (Comment, 27 May) that she supports the war in Kosovo because she is a Muslim. Having been raised a Christian, should I support clerico-fascism in Croatia or Orthodox ultra-nationalism in Serbia? The opponents of war whom she condemns are people who have thought about it instead of being moved by race or creed.
