Letter: Advice to Blair

Sir: Not until the whole of our parliamentary system is reformed, not just the Lords, will we be able to rest more peacefully in our beds. We should be grateful to the Lords ("Blair vows Lords' defiance will be the last roar of the dinosaurs", 19 November) for its vigilance in ensuring that Mr Blair's "third way" does not become his "Third Reich".
