Leading the summer schedule of blockbusters, the much-anticipated Iron Man 2 releases this weekend in the US, after releasing in several other countries the previous week. For Mother's Day on Sunday, the touching documentary Babies releases as well as another documentary about greed.

Iron Man 2
Marvel Comics superhero Iron Man returns to the screen starring Robert Downey Jr. in the title role with Mickey Rourke as his nemesis Whiplash. In this follow-up to the first installment in 2008, the adventures of billionaire industrialist Tony Stark and his alter ego continue in hyper-drive as the government demands his technology along with his enemies. The all-star cast also features his ally Don Cheadle as War Machine, Gwyneth Paltrow as his love interest, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. Directed by Jon Favreau who also did the first installment, Iron Man 2 is already a blockbuster overseas.

Babies
A heartwarming documentary that follows one year in the life of four babies around the world, from Mongolia to Namibia to San Francisco to Tokyo. Visually compelling, it follows the first steps on the journey of new lives, demonstrating the universality of children from different cultures. The trailer has been a hit and it is sure to draw audiences on Sunday, Mother's Day.
