So determinedly indie in temperament and tone it might almost make you prefer Hollywood slickness. Two Canadian stoner pals (Scott Speedman, Wes Bentley) run into trouble one night with a coven of Satanists, a local drug lord, a dwarf security guard and a hippie entrepreneur. It's wacky, it's zany, it's loopy, it's freaky, it's daffy – but alas, not the most important one, which is "funny".
