A Chinese film crew travels to provincial Poland to make a romantic melodrama, failing to observe the romantic melodramas among the cast of extras. Not all the jokes travel well, but its gentle mocking of stereotypes and glorification of the small and local give it the feel of a modern Ealing comedy.
