"Stone Cold" Steve Austin is on the run from his past, with no idea who he is or what he has done.

As the Russian mafia and the FBI close in, he has to first piece together his fractured mind, then take on the forces that tore his life apart. Those hoping the title may bear any relation to the Orson Welles vehicle of the same name will be sorely disappointed. This is a film of such staggering ineptitude that it's hard to know where to start. Stone Cold is game enough, but not really up to carrying a whole movie. But it is not really his fault, as Laurence Olivier would have struggled with this production. The cinematography is low rent, the story confused and the directing amateur.
