Borat meets Michael Moore in this anti-religious comic documentary, which has Bill Maher hopping from country to country, arguing with every worshipper he meets.
Considering that most Hollywood films have an underlying pro-faith message, Maher's irreverence is a breath of fizzyingly funny fresh air, but it's a shame he chooses punchlines over well-developed arguments. A few in-depth debates might have been more effective than his wit-and-run approach.
