Pixar's most inessential cartoon gets an inessential sequel, in which Mater the tow truck goes on an international espionage mission with two British agents (voiced by Michael Caine and Emily Mortimer).

The animation is phenomenal, but we've seen James Bond with pets (Cats and Dogs) and James Bond with children (Spy Kids), so James Bond with cars feels tired and formulaic by the studio's high standards.
