Your support makes all the difference.Wes Anderson has dropped the first trailer for stop-motion animation Isle of Dogs.
The filmmaker's first feature since 2014's Oscar-nominated The Grand Budapest Hotel sees him unite with a cast boasting frequent collaborators Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Edward Norton and Jeff Goldblum alongside fresh talent including Bryan Cranston, Scarlett Johansson and, er, Yoko Ono.
Scheduled for release in April, Isle of Dogs - which the narration tells us is set during a canine epidemic twenty years in the future, follows a young boy's existential journey as he searches for his missing pet in Japan.
Anderson's last dalliance with stop-motion was Roald Dahl adaptation Fantastic Mr Fox in 2008 featuring the vocal talents of Meryl Streep and George Clooney.. His previous credits include The Royal Tenenbaums, The Darjeeling Limited and Moonrise Kingdom.
His latest is inspired by the works of Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa.
Isle of Dogs will be released on 20 April 2018
