Their Finest trailer: Gemma Arterton steals the show in festival favourite
The comedy-drama follows a WWII propaganda film crew
Their Finest has been doing the festival rounds for some time now. Now with its release date a matter of months away, a trailer has been released showing the assembled British cast headed up by Gemma Arterton and The Hunger Games actor Sam Claflin.
The comedy-drama - based on Lissa Evans novel Their Finest Hour and a Half - tells the story of a film crew who attempt to boost morale by making a WWII propaganda film following the devastating Blitzkrieg.
Arterton and Claflin are joined by an assemblage of British talent including Bill Nighy, Jack Huston, Eddie Marsan and Peaky Blinders actor Heln McCrory.
Their Finest is directed by Danish filmmaker Lone Scherfig whose previous credits include An Education (2009) starring Cary Mulligan and David Nicholls adaptation One Day (2011).
Scherfig's latest film - which has scored rave reviews since its festival premiere - will be released in the UK on 21 April.
Arterton was last seen in the 2016's critically-acclaimed post-apocalyptic horror The Girl With all the Gifts.
