Clint Eastwood's second marriage appears to be over after his wife, Dina, filed for legal separation from the actor and director.
The petition filed by Dina, 48, at California's Monterey County Superior Court seeks spousal support and physical custody of the couple's 16-year-old daughter, Morgan.
It also indicates that she and the 83-year-old Hollywood star had a pre-nuptial agreement.
The Eastwoods have been married since 1996 and lived in Carmel. They met when she went to interview him for a TV news station.
Dina invited cameras into her home in 2012 for the E! news reality show Mrs. Eastwood and Company.
The television show focused on Dina, their daughter Morgan and Francesca Fisher-Eastwood - the actor's 20-year-old daughter from a previous relationship with Titanic star Frances Fisher.
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly actor was married once before, to Maggie Johnson, from 1953 to 1984.
His split from Dina was officially announced last month but the couple are believed to have lived separately for nearly a year and have not been photographed together since 2011.
