There's no shortage of dramedys about strained families at the moment, but This Is Where I Leave You is one to keep an eye on, judging by the first trailer.

There's no shortage of talent in the film, which stars 30 Rock's Tina Fey, Arrested Development's Jason Bateman (playing a disillusioned everyman, of course) and Girls' Adam Driver, along with Corey Stoll (yes, that's Pete Russo from House of Cards) and Hollywood veteran Jane Fonda.
Based on the novel by Jonathan Tropper, it centres around Judd (Bateman) who discovers his wife has been cheating on him and has his misery compounded days later by his father's death.
His mother (Fonda) sets about trying to reunite the family unit.
Rose Byrne, Kathryn Hahn, Abigail Spencer, Dax Shepard and Connie Britton also appear in the movie, which was adapted by Tropper and directed by Shawn Levy, who is better known for more straight-forward comedies like Cheaper By The Dozen and Date Night.
This Is Where I Leave You has a release date of 12 September in the US, with one yet to be set for the UK.
