There are rumours abound about Solo: A Star Wars Story and its "troubled production"; reports fuelled largely by Ron Howard stepping in to take over from The LEGO Movie duo Phil Lord and Chris Miller, following whispers of clashes with screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan.
However, if there are cracks in Solo, Disney's determined not to let them show: the new trailer's gone all-out to tease an old-fashioned heist movie with verve and style.
Ahead of the film's premiere at this year's Cannes Film Festival, the full 2-minute trailer hints at plenty of new planets and characters, including a first look at Paul Bettany's crime lord Dryden Vos.
Lucasfilm's official synopsis, however, says only: "Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy."
"Through a series of daring escapades deep within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the Star Wars saga's most unlikely heroes."
That said, here's a breakdown of everything we can surmise from Solo's latest trailer.
Solo: A Star Wars Story hits UK cinemas 25 May.
