At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

To celebrate, a brand new TV spot for the film heralded an announcement of when tickets would become available for the first of the franchise's anthology films; it doesn't really feature anything new in terms of footage, but it does do well to underline the film's thematic overtones.
"We have hope," Felicity Jones' Jyn Erso utters; with the focus very much being on the team coming together to, as Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker) utters, "Save the rebellion, save the dream".
Tickets will go on sale in the UK and Ireland from 12.01am on Monday, 21 November; available from the film's official UK site. The film itself hits UK cinemas 15 December, one day before its US release.
Rogue One follows a wayward band of Rebel fighters brought together for one improbable mission: steal the plans for the Death Star. These events, of course, directly link into the first scenes of A New Hope; when Princess Leia is seen concealing the plans in R2-D2 before she's captured by the Galactic Empire.
The film largely centres around Felicity Jones' Jyn Erso: a criminal misfit who becomes entangled in the Rebellion's ambitious, and resolutely dangerous, schemes. Donnie Yen, Diego Luna, Jian Wen, Forest Whitaker, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, Mads Mikkelsen and Ben Mendelsohn also star.
Rogue One hits UK cinemas 15 December.
