Pixar has announced a new movie coming in the summer of 2020.
Soul will be released on 19 June – just three months after Pixar’s Onward, coming on 6 March.
The studio announced Soul on social media on Wednesday.
“One year from today, Pixar Animation Studios will take you on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to discover the answers to life’s most important questions,” they wrote on Twitter.
“Disney & Pixar’s Soul arrives in theatres on 19 June, 2020.”
The tag line for Soul, according to Deadline, reads: “Ever wonder where your passion, your dreams and your interests come from? What is it that makes you… YOU?”
Soul will be directed by Pete Docter, the Oscar-winning animator behind Up and Inside Out.
Pixar is also releasing the highly anticipated Toy Story 4, which is coming out this week in the US and in the UK.
