Your support makes all the difference.David Thewlis, known to a younger generation as Harry Potter character Remus Lupin, will appear in a recurring role in the FX series.
The British actor joins the likes of Ewan McGregor (twice), Carrie Coon (The Leftovers) and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (10 Cloverfield Lane) as a series regular; he'll be playing a mysterious loner who has bad news for Emmit Stussy, one-half of the sibling duo McGregor will play.
Australian actor Scoot McNairy will also add showrunner Noah Hawley's series to his extensive list of film credits which include Monsters, Killing Them Softly, Argo, 12 Years a Slave, Frank, Gone Girl and Batman v Superman.
Thewlis' other credits include James and the Giant Peach, The Big Lebowski, Kingdom of Heaven and Macbeth. He played Lupin in a total of five Harry Potter films.
The series will begin filming this month with a 2017 airdate yet to be announced.
